“YOU ARE DEFINED AS MUCH BY WHAT YOU
SAY YES TO AS WHAT YOU SAY NO TO.”
WORK WITH TESSA
WHERE ARE YOU NOW?
After working with hundreds of clients over the past 30 years, Tessa has found that having a flexible approach works the best.
Every brand, business and individual is at a different stage of development so the best place to start is to have a conversation. Talk about where you are at and what it is that you want to do be a create with your brand and your business.
From there, together you map out an action plan to accomplish your objectives.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO, BE AND CREATE IN THE WORLD?
All that said, she always feels that defining your brand is the best place to start. This takes place in a multiple-hour workshop which is called the BrandPrint Workshop.
In this session, you collaborate in developing your BrandPrint – a one-page articulation of your personality, values, benefits, core beliefs, promise, vision – and most importantly your personal WHY.
THIS DEFINES YOUR BRILLIANCE.
WHAT IS YOUR WHY?
From here you map out your BRAND – the look and feel, messaging and communications, your digital strategy and everything that the brand will inform from business to people strategy.
You lay down a COMPREHENSIVE strategy to understand how you can commercialise your brand – through publishing, franchising, licensing, online content, products, services, etc. – while maintaining the integrity of what you stand for.
How can you create a business based on your clear and defined purpose?

“From the moment I met her I knew that she had to help me with my business story. I started my company in 2003 and still did not have my “uniqueness” on paper. When lockdown happened, I made the best of it and called Tessa. It was a real privilege to work with her. I loved the brainstorming sessions and it fascinated me on how she got what I was saying and how she brought it all together.
Thank you Tessa for your time and brilliance and helping me find my “beautiful independence”!”
